In 2002 the office expanded to include a dispensary selling glasses, sunglasses and accessories. These products compliment our full line of contact lenses so that we are now able to provide "one stop shopping". Ask about our "2 pair policy" at your next visit.

Glasses, Sunglasses, Clip-on Sunglasses – In the summer of 2002, our office expanded and now includes a convenient dispensary, in which you can choose from a wide array glasses, sunglasses and clip-on sunglasses. Our staff provides a comfortable atmosphere to help you choose the styles and prices you are looking for. We also provide a “2-for-1” policy on selected frames. No appointments are necessary and you need not be a patient of Charlottetown Vision Care in order to come in and browse through our dispensary.

Colored Contact Lenses – There is now a greater variety of colored contact lenses available than ever before. You can choose from a large selection of dramatic or subtle colors for light eyes, dark eyes, eyes that require astigmatism correction and even eyes that have perfect vision!

Bifocal Contact Lenses – If your eyes require glasses in order to see objects both far away and up close, bifocal glasses are not your only option. The benefits of bifocals and progressives are now also available in contact lenses.

Toric Contact Lenses – Eyes that require astigmatism correction are no longer limited to glasses only. A wider range of contact lens options and prescription powers are available to allow you to enjoy the freedom of contact lens wear.

Daily Disposable Contact Lenses – Imagine the simplicity of wearing a disposable contact lens for a single day, throwing it away and enjoying a fresh new lens the next time you choose to wear your lenses. This is the beauty of daily disposable contact lenses. These lenses are a great option for comfort and convenience, especially for patients who wear their lenses mainly for sporting activities.

Continuous Wear Contact Lenses – Revolutionary new contact lenses have been developed that allow significantly much more oxygen to the eyes than other contact lenses. These new lenses can be worn continuously, 24 hours a day for up to 30 days! Your optometrist can determine if these lenses are a good option for your eyes.
